Drive for the Troops Returns This July for Its 13th Year

The Chicago Automobile Trade Association and its dealer members will once again rally together this July in support of the USO through Drive for the Troops. Now entering its 13th year, the program continues its mission of supporting local troops while giving dealerships the flexibility to fundraise in the way that works best for their store and community. Whether hosting a BBQ, car show, bike-a-thon, online fundraiser or another creative event, every effort throughout July contributes to the overall donation presented to the USO at the end of the month.

Additional fundraising efforts will also take place at the CATA Golf Outing & Annual Meeting on July 21, with all proceeds combining into one grand total donation benefiting the USO. The CATA and its media partners will continue helping spotlight dealership fundraising efforts throughout the program, and a digital promotional toolkit with additional program information will be distributed in the coming weeks to support participating stores.

Make an Online Donation

Fundraising will take place online throughout the month of July. Supporters can contribute to Drive for the Troops by making an online donation. Every contribution helps support local military service members and their families through the USO.
