OFFICE LOCATION & Meeting Spaces

For nearly 30 years, the CATA offices have served as a valuable resource for member meetings, training sessions and industry events. Beginning July 1, 2026, the CATA meeting and event spaces will transition to a paid rental model for member use. Revenue generated from room rentals will support cleaning and room set-up services for users, while also being reinvested into building and facility improvements to continue providing a high-quality meeting environment for members and partners.

Since its dedication in 1997, the CATA headquarters has become a central hub for meetings, training, and special events for our members and partners. Conveniently located in the greater Chicago area, our facility offers versatile, professional spaces designed to meet a variety of needs.

Meeting & Event Spaces

Our meeting areas are ideal for:

• Dealer and manufacturer meetings
• Training sessions
• Product showcases
• Confidential interviews

Main Salons (1st Floor):

• Two 2,600 sq. ft. salons
• Seats up to 200 total (theater-style) or 50 each (classroom-style)
• Built-in 7-foot screens and data ports
• Soundproof dividing wall for flexibility
• Adjacent atrium for vehicle displays (up to 3 cars)

Additional Rooms (2nd Floor):

• Mid-size conference room (seats 20)
• Two smaller conference rooms (seat 12 each)
• Private offices for interviews

Catering is available for breakfasts, lunches, or dinners, as is full audio-visual equipment for group presentations. All meeting spaces include complimentary access to Wi-Fi.

The CATA is at the northwest corner of Butterfield Road and Trans Am Plaza Drive. The intersection is 1 block west of where Butterfield and Cermak Road (22nd Street) merge, and 1 block east of Meyers Road.
